Order Processing Time-frames

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the order.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, this time-frame does not include shipping time. 

 

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within the United States via Ground delivery by either UPS or US Postal Service.   Delivery to US Territories, PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not available.  We currently do not ship to International addresses.

UPS expedited shipping is available at additional rates upon checkout.

Freight Charges

Calculated shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on order size, dimensions, ship to location and the shipping option requested.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other delays by the carriers outside our control.

 

Backorders

We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.  You will be given the option to either A) Hold the entire order and ship it complete as soon as the backordered product is available or B) Ship the available product immediately, and ship the remainder of the order when the backordered product becomes available.

 

Signature Required

All orders over $100 will require a signature to be delivered.  In addition, broadheads, replacement blades, and knives will require a signature upon delivery. 

 

Change of Address

If you need to change the Ship To address, you must contact Excalibur Customer Service at store.us@excaliburcrossbow.com or (810) 937-5864 to make arrangements.  If the order has not yet shipped, the ship to address can easily be changed with no additional shipping charges.  After the order has shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

 

Impossibility of Delivery

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received because the wrong delivery address was provided.  Please make sure that the recipients address is correct and contact customer service if the recipient did not receive the order.
