What items are returnable?
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all the original components and in the original packaging
- We will accept return requests within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance items
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
Damages/ Incorrect Product Shipped
- In instances where product is received damaged or is not what was ordered, Excalibur will cover return shipping costs and issue a shipping label. Replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost or a refund will be issued if requested.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address and click "Start a Return"
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Carefully package all items to be returned, along with a printed copy of your confirmation of purchase email. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the carton. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.
Note: Excalibur will advise on shipping instructions in instances where product needs to be returned because of a shipping error or damaged items.
- Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of issue.
